The owner of the female ( shown above ) agrees to the following stipulations required by the breeder.
1. Breeder fee is to be paid by/ before the female is released by breeder.
2. All vaccinations are required to be current .
3. Female shall be keep by breeder for 3 days to ensure at least two mating this will increase the chances of a successful breeding.
4. If prior to estimated due date of litter female is deemed not pregnant ,
owner shall supply breeder with a vet signed certification that the female
is not pregnant as a result of this breeding.
5 . If female becomes pregnant from this breeding ( I ) the studs owner
assume no responsibility or damages from this pregnancy or delivery .
6. If female needs a special diet owner agrees to provide food for her.
7. If dam does not become pregnant from the first mating I will provide a second mating .
